3 Advantages to Tankless Water Heaters

  1. Is that you save space. They are only about the size of a brief case and they hang on the wall. Usually an exterior installation is used to avoid the need for venting. But if necessary, they can be hung on an interior wall with venting done through the wall. We always try to avoid the need for a roof penetration so as to eliminate the possibility of a leak.
  2. You never have to worry about a flood. Tankless water heaters do not store water so you never have to worry about a leaking tank that could cause water damage.
  1. They are more economical to operate. Generally speaking, a tankless water heater will cost about half as much to heat your water as a standard tank type water heater.  Of course that will vary depending on family size, the number of showers and hot water laundry that that you do.
