Grading Our Work To Be The Best
In order for us to be the best that we can be, we ask our customers to mail in an anonymous survey which grades our mechanics and the work that they do.
We ask for anonymity so as to promote reporting the truth without any concern of retribution. Most of the time we receive resoundingly positive responses and input.
However, on occasions we find that we did not meet up to our goal of 100% satisfaction and by having this information reported to us we are able to correct any deficit in our actions for future work.
